Chipotle CEO Monty Moran must personally address allegations that his Mexican fast-food chain is stiffing its workers out of fair wages and overtime.   Manhattan federal Magistrate Judge Sarah Netburn sided with current and former workers in a 2012 class-action lawsuit by ordering Moran to give a four-hour deposition under oath.   Netburn said Moran's knowledge is "relevant . . . because of Chipotle's own unwillingness or inability" to provide discovery at the request of defense lawyers.   ...

California environmental regulators said Monday they are finding excessive amounts of formaldehyde in laminate flooring like that featured in a "60 Minutes" exposé on Lumber Liquidators.   The California Air Resources Board, citing an ongoing investigation to The Post, would not disclose where the flooring was sold.
